My Zynga Account Blocked, Unable to Access After Accidental Reset

I’m experiencing issues with my Zynga Çanak Okey account after trying to reset it accidentally. Since then, I haven’t been able to log in. I’ve tried removing and re-adding my Facebook account multiple times, but I still can’t access the game. Every time I try, I’m prompted with a “check” button that redirects me to another page asking for a PIN code, which I don’t have or know anything about. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue I’m facing. I’m stuck and unable to do anything. Please assist in lifting the block on my account so I can play again.
