Unfair Account Ban on Zynga 101 Okey Due to Alleged Cheating

On August 19, 2024, at 1:27 AM, during my game of 101 Okey on Zynga, my account was unexpectedly banned for supposedly cheating, despite the fact that I did not engage in any cheating behavior. I made a few mistakes in my gameplay, which led to the closure of my account. I'm unable to get in touch with any of my friends, and I really need this problem to be resolved as quickly as I can. It is truly unjust how we are being treated and subjected to these unfair bans.
