I purchased a VIP membership in the game Bus Simulator Ultimate (iOS version) on 17/09/2026 for 62,000 VND. According to the VIP description, I was supposed to receive 100,000 in‑game money, 50 gold coins and an extra vehicle as a reward, but these rewards were not added to my account after the purchase. Because of this, I paid for a VIP package whose main benefits I did not receive, and this situation is negatively affecting my game experience. I request that the missing VIP rewards (100,000 in‑game money, 50 gold coins and the extra vehicle) be credited to my account or that you provide an appropriate solution in line with what was promised for the VIP membership.
