Zuuks Games Truck Simulator Ultimate Items Not Credited To My Account

I purchased the “Vip Ultimate (Truck Simulator: Ultimate)” subscription via Google Play for RM25.99, but I did not receive the truck and in‑game money that were supposed to be included in this purchase. My Google Play receipt shows the order number GPA.3398-5517-5913-56891 for this subscription, and the payment of RM25.99 was successfully charged. However, even though 1–2 days have passed since the purchase, when I enter the game the VIP content is not active and the truck and money have still not been added to my account. I request that the Vip Ultimate subscription I paid for be fully activated as soon as possible and that the promised truck and in‑game money be credited to my account without any further delay.
