Zula Plagued by Rampant Cheaters Making Every Match Unplayable

I have been playing Zula on and off for many years. After a break of about two years, I re-downloaded the game yesterday hoping to play, but I was unable to enjoy it at all due to the current state of the game. Since yesterday, I have encountered at least one blatant cheater in every single match I joined.

While cheating was never this pervasive in the past, seeing cheaters in almost every match now renders the game completely unplayable. With cheaters around, there is no fair competition left and all player effort becomes meaningless. I submitted reports through the in-game support and report channels, but I have not received any feedback regarding my submissions.

I expect Zula management to implement much stricter and faster detection and ban procedures for cheaters, strengthen their anti-cheat detection systems, and stop ignoring player complaints. I do not want to give up on this game—which I hoped to return to after a long time—because of cheaters, and I demand that this issue be resolved urgently.
