Zula Unfairly Bans PC Account for 7 Days and Wipes 50% of XP

My Zula PC account has been banned unfairly. Even though I have not used or sold any cheats or third-party software, my account was suspended for 7 days under the pretext of "use/sale of cheats and 3rd-party programs," and 50% of the XP on my account was deleted. The suspension is stated to last until August 11, 2026.

I have been playing Zula since 2018, dedicating my time and playing entirely by the rules. I have never resorted to cheating in any way. Despite this, I refuse to accept such a severe penalty being applied to my account.

I contacted Zula support and filed an appeal. I was told my account would be reviewed again, but after the review, my appeal was rejected, and I was informed that the ban would remain in place. Their response provided no convincing or concrete evidence regarding the penalty.

I demand an impartial and detailed re-examination of my account, the immediate removal of this 7-day ban which I firmly believe was issued by mistake, and the complete restoration of my deleted XP.
