Zoopla Letting Agents Keep Rejecting My Rental Applications for Unfair Reasons
The way letting companies on Zoopla handle possible tenants makes me very angry. Recently asked about a three-bedroom house for two couples, I was informed it wasn't licensed for so many people. This makes little sense; a three-bedroom house should readily house four adults. It seems as though before closing us down, they hardly gave our application any thought. We have dealt with this before not once but rather regularly. Every time we get in touch about a property, we find hazy constraints that prevent us from finding a house. They seem to create justifications instead of really supporting renters. The whole approach is demoralizing and unfair. Zoopla should make sure letting agents treat individuals fairly rather than driving them away without due thought. Quite letdown encounter!
