My Reder S23 Pro Max Keeps Malfunctioning
I purchased a Reder S23 Pro Max, but it had issues with outgoing audio, freezing, and spontaneous shutdowns. I returned it to Reder for an exchange, and they gave me their latest model, the S19 Max Zoom. However, this phone had signal problems, and callers couldn't reach me. I took it back again, and they exchanged it once more. I requested a refund, but they refused and gave me another phone instead. Now, this latest phone also has problems - my voice isn't transmitting, and the camera is blurry. I'm filing a complaint. How many times do I have to go back and forth? I'm demanding either a refund or an exchange from one of your partner stores. If this isn't resolved, I'll be forced to take further action.
