Zonex Capital Withholds Funds, Unreachable Support

I was convinced that Zonex Capital was safe and ended up depositing ₺4000. After that, they made a small purchase.

Later on, they used my money to make investments, but Mr. K*** mentioned, 'I have a training session, another expert will get in touch with you in a few days.' But as time went by, no one reached out to me. The page where I made the transaction was closed, and I couldn't retrieve my money.

I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone for a week. They're not getting back to me. I need to file a complaint. I'd like a refund promptly.
