Zonex Capital Reps Unresponsive, My Withdrawal Blocked

Zonex Capital financial specialist Ms. A*** gave me a call and mentioned I could begin with a minimum of ₺5,000. She made sure we'd keep in touch regularly. She vanished after putting down the cash. Even though they said they'd keep in touch, I only heard from them once, and then nothing. The contract says I can get my money back, but when I try to leave, there's no one around to help.
