You said I must first get in touch with the merchant, but after that, everything became somewhat unclear. But what wasn’t clear was how long it takes or how Zip Co processes the refund. To hear "we can't speed things up" and then be told you won't get your money back is your thing, plus, it appears that the process of actually processing refunds is excessively complicated. Hear it from me they will go over your installments and everything makes it difficult to predict when and how much you will get back, why not weiden the ways to get my money back. They said it could go back to the way you paid or remain as a credit, but it's unclear why they would choose that option, particularly with partial refunds, which can severely impact our budget, we should ideally have the option to choose. This whole thing is in dire need of an upgrade.
