Zip Co Locked Me Out of My Account By Sending Verification Code to Wrong Number
I locked out of my Zip Co account, and trying to fix it has been a disaster. The problem arose when the system gave the wrong phone number a verification code. Weeks ago, I changed my phone number on the app; nevertheless, for some reason the code still does not show my latest number. I cannot use any solutions via the website either since I do not have access to a laptop or computer. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but all I receive are automated responses devoid of addressing the problem. I cannot handle my payments or even view what is due without access to my account. This is really annoying; I need Zip Co to quickly address this.
