Zip's Account Lockouts And Communication Nightmares
Over the course of my time dealing with Zip, a major issue is the quality of their customer service. Zip succeeded in locking me out of my account for weeks, even though updating my phone number everywhere else went smoothly. Automated responses that appear to repeatedly request the same information have been my only experience despite my repeated attempts to regain access. On top of everything else, getting in touch with a real person for help via their email system is a complete nightmare. tried to buy shoes online, but a glitch in the system caused the payment to be double charged. I was already confused before I got an explanation that made things worse when I asked for clarification. Anyone thinking about using their services should exercise extreme caution or maybe look into other possibilities.
