Zillow Ignored My Home Valuation Request and Agents Never Respond to Inquiries

Zillow has been quite frustrating to work with. I tried using their website to receive an estimate on my property, but it appears that they only provide values for properties they wish to emphasize. My house was entirely overlooked, despite satisfying all of the requirements. When I asked for help or further information, there was no answer. Their system appears unstable and prejudiced, and I no longer believe their estimations. On top of that, I've enquired about multiple Zillow listings, and getting an agent to answer has been a nightmare. Zillow's lack of professionalism and communication makes it impossible to rely on them for real estate services.
