I have asked questions about several Zillow houses over the past two months, and to be honest, it has been a total waste of time. Though I was ready to commit significant funds to a house, I never once heard from a realtor. Rather, I was inundated with spam calls—clearly from some overseas call centre devoid of actual information or assistance. In addition, many of the Zillow listings are simply plain incorrect or outdated. A few of them show up when they had been sold for weeks. Making a major decision like buying a property and facing no support is really taxing. If you're serious about locating a house, avoid Zillow completely and deal with a local realtor who will contact you back knowing the region.
