Zillow Rejected My Rental Listing Repeatedly and Ignored My Support Requests
I made an effort to list my rental home on Zillow not long ago in the hopes of reaching a wider audience. My listing was denied numerous times by Zillow, even though I provided all the necessary details. Without providing any clear justification, they continued to reject my listings even after I made adjustments based on their general comments. I was met with total silence when I phoned Zillow's customer support in an attempt to get some answers and help out of their frustrating system. Their inability to be open and communicative is disheartening given their prominence in the real estate platform industry. Zillow let me down. I had higher expectations for their reliability and commitment to helping property owners.
