Realtor.com Only Sends Automated Responses and Floods Me with Mortgage Offers

I’ve been checking out www.realtor.com to look for homes for the last few months, but it’s been pretty frustrating. Whenever I ask about a property, I just get an automated reply, and nobody ever gets back to me. I thought I would get to talk to a real realtor about the properties I'm looking at, but it looks like this site is mainly just gathering leads for mortgage companies. Right after I asked some questions, I suddenly got bombarded with emails about pre-approvals and offers to check my credit score, which I didn’t even request. It seems more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine way to connect with real estate agents. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
