Zety.com Bill Without Active Membership Prompts Fraud and Refund Complaint
On July 21, 2026, an unauthorized transaction of 1,163.95 TRY was executed from my VakıfBank card by a resume website named Zety, without my knowledge or consent. I do not hold any active subscription, membership, or intentional purchase with this company. I discovered this charge while checking my transaction history on the VakıfBank mobile banking application.
Since I have no contract, registered account, or direct line of communication with Zety, I was unable to contact the company directly. Believing my card details were used without authorization, I demand that Zety explicitly clarify on what transaction or service basis this payment was taken.
I demand the immediate and full refund of this unauthorized 1,163.95 TRY charge to my card/account, along with necessary security checks to protect my card details and prevent any similar unauthorized recurring transactions in the future.
