BLD*ZETY.com Deducts $31 From Credit Card Without Clear Authorization

I used the website listed as BLD*ZETY.com solely to create a resume, and I do not believe I gave any approval for a paid subscription or recurring payment. Despite this, I noticed that a one-time charge of 1,100 TRY was executed from my credit card on April 17, 2026.

Because I could not figure out how to contact the company through their site or find any representative, I have been unable to reach anyone and have suffered a financial loss. I do not accept the deduction of this amount from my card without clear, transparent information and explicit consent.

I demand a full refund of the 1,100 TRY deducted from my card as soon as possible.
