Good morning, My bag was misplaced on December 25 while I was shopping at the Zara store located in the Hilltown Mall part of Istanbul. I made an immediate request for assistance from the staff, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me in locating my bag by any means. When I was unable to find it on my own, I was forced to ask for assistance from the manager. I was taken aback when he mentioned that he was the only person who had the authority to search the store in circumstances like these. In response to my suggestion that he examine the footage from the security camera, he insisted that he was unable to do so because he did not have a petition from the prosecutor's office.
