Zara Canceled My Order Without Notice After Charging Extra for Fast Delivery
I placed an order with Zara on November 6, 2024, and paid extra to ensure quick delivery. However, without any prior notification, my order was abruptly canceled. When I reached out to customer service, they simply informed me that the item was “unavailable.” I am extremely frustrated – why list an item as in stock if you cannot fulfill the order? If the product isn’t available, there should be no option to pay for expedited shipping. I expected better service from Zara and am now requesting that my order be fulfilled as promised or to receive a clear explanation for this inconvenience.
