Paid Extra for Early Zara Delivery, But Cargo Failed to Deliver Despite Being Home

I placed an order with Zara (Order No: 5387****730) on October 7, 2024, and paid extra for early delivery on October 9, 2024. Despite being home, Kargoist sent a message saying the delivery couldn’t be made. I can’t reach customer service, and Zara isn’t resolving the issue either. If the package can’t be delivered, why am I being charged extra for early delivery? I was at the address and paid an additional fee, so why was my package marked as undeliverable? This is frustrating, and I expect Zara and Kargoist to address this immediately.
