Zara Failed to Refund Linen Shirt From My Online Return Despite Sending All Items

On September 13, 2025, I returned 8 items from my online order #5432*76 through Aras Kargo as instructed by Zara. However, only 7 items were processed and refunded. The missing refund concerns a 100% linen shirt (Men’s, Black, XL, code 3090/123/800) worth ₺2,290, which I included in the same return package. The return box was intact, with no missing or damaged items, and the other products were refunded quickly—yet the shirt was excluded without explanation. For the past 3 days, I have repeatedly contacted Zara via the app and WhatsApp support, but only received automated responses and no real assistance. It is unacceptable that one item from the same return was ignored. I request that Zara immediately recognize my shirt as part of the return and refund the full ₺2,290 to my credit card without further delay.
