I Bought Zara High Waist Jeans but Fit and Quality Are Wrong

In December 2025, I purchased a pair of high-waisted jeans from Zara’s online store. After using the product for a short time, I noticed significant fabric wear around the leg openings. Additionally, although the item was marketed as high-waisted, it does not fit as such when worn, and this issue became clearly noticeable during use.
After experiencing these problems, I contacted Zara customer service via WhatsApp and requested a return. I later received an email stating that my case (File No: 5750896) was not eligible for review, but no explanation was provided as to why my return request was rejected. My order number is 5449*44, and the product code is 8228/224/811/38.
Due to both the fabric deterioration and the mismatch between the product description and its actual fit, I believe the item is defective. As a well-established brand, I expected Zara to handle this issue in a more transparent and customer-focused manner. I request that my product be re-evaluated and that my return request be accepted, with a resolution that reflects the brand’s quality standards.
