Zara Package Has Been Stuck Out for Delivery for 3 Days
I purchased a product from Zara, and the system originally showed that the delivery would arrive on Wednesday. However, nobody came to deliver the package, and for the past three days the tracking system has continued showing the shipment as “out for delivery.”
I have repeatedly tried calling the cargo company, but every time my calls are either ignored or automatically redirected to a busy line. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to experience such poor service, especially from a major international brand like Zara.
A company of this size working with such an irresponsible and unreachable shipping provider is simply unacceptable. I request that my shipment be urgently investigated, that I receive clear information regarding where my package actually is, and that the delivery issue be resolved immediately.
