Zara Order Stuck “Out for Delivery” for a Week Without Arrival
On March 19, I made a purchase from Zara totaling approximately $198. My order number is 5420*****67. Since March 22, my order has been marked as “out for delivery” in the system, but even after a full week, it still has not been delivered.
I have been unable to reach the courier for days—the phone is not answered, and I cannot get through to customer service either. When I contacted Zara customer service, I was not given any clear information; I was simply told to wait, with no concrete solution provided. Neither the shipping company nor Zara has informed me about the current location or status of my package.
I want to clearly know where my order is, what stage it is currently in, and why it has not been delivered. I request that Zara intervene with the shipping company to ensure my order is delivered as soon as possible and that I be properly informed about this lack of communication.
