Zara Order Damaged During Shipping – Wet Package Complaint
On March 30, 2026, a package containing my Zara dresses was delivered to my address by Kargoex at 11:00 p.m. When I received the package, I noticed that all the bags were wet and the dresses had a strong musty smell. Since the package was delivered in this condition, my items were damaged.
After experiencing this issue, I tried contacting Kargoex through both their WhatsApp line and phone support, but I have not received any response. Additionally, although another shipment addressed to me appears in the system, it has still not been delivered.
I request that the damage caused by the wet and musty delivery be compensated and that my future shipments are not handled or delivered in such a careless and damaged condition. I also ask that my other undelivered package be delivered promptly and without any issues.
