Zara Delivery Delays Impacting My Plans – No Support Provided
I’ve been shopping with Zara for a while, and lately, I’ve experienced repeated delivery delays. My most recent order was placed on October 9th, and yesterday I received an email saying the delivery would be on the 14th. I have an important event, and if I had known about the delay earlier, I could have prepared. I contacted customer support, but all they said was “sorry” with no real help or solution.
Zara never used to handle things like this, and I feel really let down by their service. I sincerely hope they resolve this issue soon and improve their communication moving forward.
