Zara Delivers Incomplete Online Order and Leaves Customer Waiting for Missing Item

“I wrote my issue to the Zara care X account. They responded immediately and sent a new product.”

My Zara online order, which I placed on September 12, 2026, and received on September 16, 2026, was supposed to contain two items, but only one item came out of the box. The "Drawstring Tote Bag" from my order was never delivered to me.

When I contacted Zara as soon as I noticed the issue, I was told that the missing item might arrive in a separate package and that I needed to wait. However, no additional shipment has been made so far, and I haven't received any updates.

I demand that the missing Drawstring Tote Bag be shipped to me immediately.
