Zara Has Not Delivered My Child’s Order After Nearly One Month

On May 16, 2026, I placed several clothing orders through Zara’s online store for my child. In total, I had three separate orders. Two of them were delivered successfully, but order number 5428*****15 has still not been delivered despite nearly a month having passed since the purchase. In addition, I was charged approximately $2 for shipping, even though the order has never reached me.
Throughout this process, I have contacted Zara customer service six or seven times. During every conversation, I was told that I would be informed as soon as possible. However, no one has provided any concrete information regarding the location of my order, whether it has been lost, or whether cancellation and refund options are available. For almost a month, I have been left waiting without any meaningful update or resolution.
As a customer, I find it unacceptable to remain in uncertainty for such a long period after paying for both the products and the shipping service. The lack of transparency and communication has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I request that my order be located and delivered to me immediately. If delivery is no longer possible, I demand a full refund of both the product cost and the shipping fee without further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding what happened to my order and how Zara intends to resolve the inconvenience caused by this situation.
