Zara Home Return Codes Invalid – No Customer Service Response for Broken Item Return



I recently received a broken item from Zara Home and immediately requested a return. I was sent two different return codes via email, but both were invalid. When I attempted to contact customer service by phone, the number was also non-functional. I reached out through email, but I received no assistance. It feels as though there is no accessible customer support at all. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel completely unsupported in resolving this issue. Given the lack of proper customer service and response, this will be my last time ordering from Zara Home. I expect Zara Home to address this issue and provide a functioning return process for their customers.
