Struggling With Zara Home Online Return Process and Ineffective Support

Zara Home's website and app have been nothing but frustrating. Their AI system is completely useless, and reaching live support feels like an endless struggle. I have been trying for days to get a return code and complete my refund process. It seems the purchase process is simple, but they intentionally make returns difficult to discourage customers. Their customer service management and online platforms are far from user-friendly or functional. I expected better from a brand like Zara Home. I urgently need a resolution for my return request and a better customer service experience moving forward.
