Zara Home Online Orders Arrive Damaged and Poorly Packaged
Recently, every order I place on the Zara Home website arrives damaged or defective. It has become a recurring issue—I return a flawed item, reorder, and receive another faulty product. The lack of quality control is shocking for a brand like Zara Home.
To make matters worse, their packaging is inconsistent. Typically, items are overwrapped—like a wooden cutting board sent with excessive paper layers. However, when I ordered a glass lantern, they carelessly placed it in a box without proper protection. Unsurprisingly, it arrived shattered.
This level of negligence is unacceptable. My complaints appear ignored, so I plan to escalate this issue to Zara’s headquarters in Spain. I demand immediate action to address these repeated problems.
