I ordered a ceramic table lamp from Zara Home, and it arrived broken. I filed a damage report with the courier and immediately contacted Zara’s customer service. They asked for photos and assured me that the broken item would be picked up from my home for a return. Today is September 15, nearly a month later, and no one has come to collect it. When I checked the tracking number provided, it shows an “error by sender,” although no courier ever came to my house. Customer service now claims it’s an “internal issue” and offers no real support.

It feels like they’re intentionally delaying until the return period expires, at which point they’ll likely close the case, saying the return window has passed. I plan to file a complaint with Consumer Rights. If you’re considering buying fragile items from Zara Home, be warned—this experience has been nothing but frustration and disappointment.
