Zara Home and UPS Failed to Pick Up My Broken Storage Unit for Return

I purchased a wooden storage unit from the Zara Home online store, but the product arrived broken. Because of this, I requested a return. However, for the past week, the shipping company has not come to collect the item from my address.
When I contact customer service, I am told that the courier will come for pickup. However, when UPS Türkiye calls me, they say they do not collect furniture, state that they have canceled the process, and then end the call. As a result, the product cannot be returned, and the process is not moving forward in any way.
I am leaving town today, so the product must be collected from my address today. Otherwise, I will experience even more inconvenience. For my order number 80111387353, I request that the broken item be handled without further delay and that the amount I paid be refunded immediately, regardless of whether the product is collected from my address or not.
