Zara Home Refuses to Issue My Refund
I made a purchase of over 3000 TL on May 25, 2023, but Zara Home is refusing to process my refund and return my money. I received conflicting information despite providing them with my order number (80039213518) and contacting their customer service center. When I called back a few hours later, another representative informed me that the shipment had not yet been delivered to them and that I would have to wait. It's unacceptable that I might not get my money if the shipment is delayed for six months. I demand that they complete the compensation process with the courier as soon as possible and resolve the issue internally. Zara Home has become a disappointment and I regret ever shopping there. Despite the fact that Zara Home provides the majority of my home furnishings, I vow never to shop there again. I've never experienced such anguish and poor after-sales service. I have filed complaints with the prosecutor's office, CMER, and THH, among others. I will do everything in my power to ensure that this company is held accountable for its actions.
