I want to share my frustrating experience with an online order from Zara Home, particularly for those considering purchasing. My complaint below reflects issues I couldn’t even submit directly, as Zara Home’s complaint unit has been closed, and emails to their provided contact are undeliverable.
Order number 80080579937 was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Instead, UPS left the items at the entrance, claiming the total weight exceeded 30kg—something I verified to be untrue. One item was missing, and without explanation, my order was refunded, with no one reaching out to clarify the issue. I then placed a second order (80081147373), with an estimated delivery date of September 18. However, like my previous order, no updates were provided as the date passed.
On September 19 at 11:07, I contacted customer service to file a complaint, only to be told that complaints are no longer accepted. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I request detailed information on my delivery date, an explanation of the mishandling of my previous order, and what actions Zara Home is taking to address the UPS issues.
