Yves Saint Laurent Makeup Set Delivered Incomplete via Trendyol Platform

I purchased two Yves Saint Laurent makeup sets through Trendyol. One of the sets was supposed to contain a blush, a lipstick, and a mascara. However, when the order I placed on July 23 arrived on July 25, the full-size lipstick was missing from the set.

I immediately reported the issue through Trendyol, and they directed me to the YSL brand. Although they claimed to have checked their packaging camera feeds, if they had truly reviewed them, they would have clearly seen that the lipstick was missing from the package. Despite this, I received no satisfactory response, and the issue remains unresolved.

I specifically ordered this set for my engagement day, and receiving an incomplete set with a missing lipstick left me deeply upset and wronged. I never expected such carelessness from a brand as renowned as this.

I demand that the missing full-size lipstick be dispatched to me immediately and that my grievance be fully resolved.
