I bought the Yves Rocher Repair Hair Care Set with the hope of improving the health of my hair. Instead, it has completely ruined it. After just a few uses, my scalp became covered in dandruff, turning visibly white with flakes. Even worse, my hair started to fall out excessively, and the situation continues to get worse no matter what I do.
I used the full set exactly as instructed, thinking I was doing something good for my hair. I paid a significant amount for this three-piece product line, expecting nourishment—not damage. Now I’m left with an irritated scalp, thinner hair, and no idea how to reverse the harm this set has caused.
Yves Rocher, I’m extremely disappointed and demand a proper explanation and refund. This product set should not be marketed as “repairing” when it clearly does the opposite. Please take responsibility for the damage and provide support to those of us who trusted your brand and paid the price—literally and physically.
