On August 24th, around 1:00 PM, I deposited money into my Youwin account. I wagered the funds, won, and built up a balance. However, instead of being able to withdraw my winnings, my entire account was reset to zero, and ₺4,000 was taken from me. The explanation given was simply that my bonuses were canceled.
This makes no sense, as I had deposited ₺2,000 of my own money, which was part of the balance they erased. I have been an active Youwin customer for years, with nearly ₺500,000 in transaction volume, and I have never experienced such treatment before. When I contacted customer support, all they told me was that my account was “not eligible for bonuses.” No clear explanation, no proper investigation, and no resolution were provided. I even submitted screenshots and transaction history, but they kept repeating the same line without addressing my issue.
I find it completely unacceptable that a company of Youwin’s size would treat long-term customers in this careless and unfair way. I expect the immediate refund of the ₺4,000 balance wrongfully taken from my account and a proper resolution of this issue. If Youwin offers bonuses, it must honor them fairly and not use them as an excuse to seize customer funds.
