Yourselfirst Charged Me Without Permission and I Cannot Cancel or Get Refund

To investigate their offerings, I registered for Yourselfirst and asked for a first consultation. Later on, though, I was horrified to see the corporation took $24.99 from my account without my knowledge or permission. I had no knowledge a subscription had been turned on. My password no longer working thus I couldn't log in while trying to cancel the membership. I tried reseting it several times and was informed that a reset link had been sent to my email; yet, I never got anything—not even in my junk folder. I find myself caught and helpless of handling my account. I want a cancelation of the illegal subscription and an instant refund. This has been a quite annoying encounter.
