YouGov Failed to Award Full Survey Points After Completion
On November 1, I participated in a survey on YouGov where it was stated at the beginning and end of the survey that I would earn a total of 120 points (100 + 20). However, after completing the survey, only 70 points were credited to my account. Because of the missing points, I have experienced a loss.
My registered email address is: f**********@hotmail.com. Although I sent an email to YouGov customer service regarding this issue, I have not received any response.
I request that the missing points be credited to my account and that the issue I experienced be resolved.
