Yoho Won’t Let Me Delete My Account After Agency Enrollment

About a year ago, I signed up for an app called Yoho, and without any clear explanation, I was added to an agency. At no point during or after registration was I informed that if I joined an agency, I would not be able to delete my account or leave the agency. On the contrary, only positive aspects were mentioned.
When I tried to delete my account using the “delete my account” option in the app, I received a warning stating that I could not delete my account because I am a member of an agency. I contacted support multiple times, requesting to be removed from the agency and to have my account permanently deleted. However, I was told that these are the rules, that I cannot leave the agency, and that my account cannot be deleted. I also spoke with the person who added me to the agency, but I was told they do not have the authority to remove me either.
My username in the app is “N***,” and I did not make any payments when creating the account. I have no paid transactions associated with it. Despite this, I am unable to close my own personal account by choice, and Yoho has provided no solution. For nearly a year, I have been trying to have my account deleted but have not received any resolution.
I request that Yoho permanently delete my account along with all associated personal data and terminate my agency registration. I do not want to be held responsible for any future activity connected to the email address linked to my account, and I urgently request assistance in resolving this matter.
