Yoho App Won’t Let User Delete iPhone Account Due to Publisher Status

I want to delete my account on the Yoho app on my iPhone, but the application does not allow me to do so. When I follow the account deletion steps, I receive a message saying, “You are currently a Publisher, so you are not allowed to delete your account. Please contact [email protected]
for assistance,” and the process cannot be completed.

Despite trying multiple times since January 11, I continue to receive the same warning. I contacted the email address shown on the screen, but even after doing so, the issue has not been resolved. My account is still active, and my publisher status still appears to be enabled.

I am requesting that Yoho first disable the publisher feature on my account and then fully delete my account as requested. Additionally, I do not accept any responsibility for any actions or transactions that may occur or may have occurred through this account while it remains active. I am requesting that this user-initiated account deletion be completed quickly and clearly.
