Five days ago, my Yoho account (ID: 77953638) was banned due to an action I made in a moment of frustration. Afterward, I genuinely regretted my behavior and now wish to regain access to my account.

So far, I haven’t contacted the Yoho support team, but I sincerely request your assistance in lifting the ban and reactivating my account.
