Unable to Access Yoho Account After Photo Upload Ban — Need Support

I received a device ban on Yoho, and it happened because of an issue with a photo I uploaded. From what I’ve been told, the photo I uploaded apparently contained the name of another app. I’m asking for help with this situation. I’ve tried to fix the issue, but I still can’t log in. It wasn’t intentional at all — Yoho is the only app I use.
I kindly request assistance in resolving this problem and having my device ban lifted so I can access my account again.
