I Face Yemeksepeti Not Refunding My Order From Pasta Patisserie

On February 23, 2026, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Pasta Patisserie for one Malaga cake and 500 grams of cold baklava. However, the refund for this order, totaling approximately $30, has not been processed for about 45 days.
Despite repeatedly trying to contact both Yemeksepeti customer service and the restaurant, I have not been able to reach anyone. Throughout this entire period, I have received no updates or explanations, and my issue remains unresolved.
Even after waiting for an extended period, the refund has still not been issued, leaving me in a difficult situation. I request that the $30 refund for this order be credited back to my account as soon as possible and that I receive a written explanation regarding this delay.
