My Yapı Kredi Account Was Blocked - I Couldn't Access My Salary
I have been receiving my salary regularly on the 26th of every month via Yapı Kredi for a long time and I almost always face problems with your ATMs. Either the ATMs are out of order or there is no cash in them. As a result, I have to wait for a long time in a hot and uncomfortable environment because there is no staff available at the branch to provide service at the counter either. For example, this morning in Edremit city center, one of the two ATMs was out of order and there was a long queue at the other one, so I could not withdraw my salary. In addition to these ATM problems, today a security-based block was placed on my account. I noticed the block immediately and for the last two hours I have not been able to access my money properly. I usually make FAST transfers every month between my own accounts only, and I do not understand how such a transaction between my own accounts can be considered a security risk. Because of this block, my mobile and home internet payments, which are linked to this account, have also been disrupted and stopped working. I have screenshots of the relevant screens as evidence. I called the customer service twice, but I did not receive any positive result, and there was no one responding at the branch either. I am complaining about this situation. I request a clear written explanation as to how transfers between my own accounts can be considered a security concern and why a block was placed without informing me in advance. I also demand that the block on my account be lifted immediately, that I be given full access to my salary and transactions without interruption, and that compensation be paid for the financial and moral damage I have suffered due to these problems.
