Yandex AI League Campaign Stopped Paying Promised Istanbulkart Rewards

I have been participating in the Yandex AI League campaign daily for nearly two months by regularly submitting application reviews. The campaign terms stated that my reward would be credited to my Istanbulkart mobile account within 7 days. During this time, a deposit was credited to my Istanbulkart only once, and no further deposits were made for my subsequent reviews.

When I tried to reach out again through the app, I received an error stating "comment could not be sent," making it impossible to submit my feedback. Despite my consistent participation, the campaign promise has not been fulfilled, and the lack of response through customer support channels has left me deeply dissatisfied.

I demand that all the Istanbulkart top-ups I earned in exchange for my reviews during the Yandex AI League campaign be credited in full to my account, alongside a clear explanation regarding this matter.
