Yamaha X Max 250 ABS Camshaft Gear Bolt Failure, Need Better Service Support

53

My Yamaha X Max 250 ABS left me stranded on the road due to a casting flaw in the camshaft gear bolt. It’s disappointing to see such critical parts failing, especially on a trusted brand like Yamaha. My friend questioned if using such parts in the engine will earn you loyal customers. I’ve always considered Yamaha far superior, but service centers need to take responsibility for these issues. I urge Yamaha dealers and service centers to pay close attention and address such manufacturing flaws to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. This experience has been disheartening, and I hope it’s taken seriously.
